How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your name, phone number, and delivery address, then click "Place Order" — your order will be sent to us via WhatsApp and we'll confirm it shortly.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is handled directly via WhatsApp after your order is placed. We accept bank transfer, InstaPay, and cash on delivery (within Cairo). We'll discuss the payment method with you when confirming your order.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Egypt, depending on your location. We'll provide a more accurate timeline when we confirm your order via WhatsApp.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within Egypt only. International shipping will be available soon — follow us on social media for updates.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us via WhatsApp and we'll arrange a return or exchange.

Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. Every Fold bag is designed in-house and crafted with care using quality materials. We stand behind the authenticity and quality of every piece we sell.

How do I care for my bag?

For leather bags, wipe with a dry cloth and condition occasionally. For canvas and cotton, spot clean with mild soap and water. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Each bag comes with a care card for specific instructions.
